The session is for any road rider who wishes to improve their riding skills and learn how to do them under pressure to ensure you remain a safe and rounded rider. The training session will be run by qualified British Cycling coaches and we'll also have a number of 'experienced' riders on hand to ride with you and offer advice and tips throughout the day.
In addition, for 4th Cat riders the curriculum covers all the essential elements you need to race in South League.
Moreover, if you are 4th Cat, you will get 1 point for the league attending this session.
